Positive: المنظر جميل جدا بل خيالي و الاجمل قربه من كل مكان اول مره احسن اختيار المكان - وايضا المكان نظيف ومرتب انصح فيه Negative: الانترنت لم يعمل الا في يوم خروجنا صباحا بالرغم انه حجزنا كان ليومين وايضا البلكونات مافيها مفاتيح وغير امنه للاطفال وطلبنا المفتاح قالولنا غير مسموح

مكان جميل وموقع جميل بس لا انصح لسوء التعامل مع الاداره Positive: الموقع Negative: اولاً مكتوب انه أربع غرف نوم وهي اساساً ثلاث مع غرفه خادمه ثانيا الموظف غير متعاون وتعامله جدا شياء والشقه كانت غير نظيفه عند وصولوي وابلغني انه تم تنظيفها وتم تكذيبي بهذا الكلام مع انه رسلت له صور لوجود شعر على الاغطيه تبع السرير والأرض وفي الإعلان ع بوكينج كاتبين انه يوجد 7 أسره وهي بالاساس لاتوجد غير اثنين فردي واثنين كينج وواحد لغرفه الخادمه لايوجد رقم تواصل مع الشركه كله عن الواتساب حتى بوكنينج حاولو يتواصلون مع الشركه ما في اي رقم صراحه خربو علي اجازت العيد

The Great, The Poor and The .... Positive: The apartment and location were superb. I loved the view, balconies and the beds. The cleaning crew were super and polite. Negative: The apartment management company was not as easy to deal with and pushy when they wanted something and none responsive when you ask a question. The showers need curtains and the bath needs a shower mat (for safety). No coffee machine (it was meant to be there and I reported it but the response was "we'll look into it" and then nothing). The kettle causes the fuse box to trip, cutting out the internet and several plugs. The TV had no channels. No washing liquid for dishes and powder for clothes (I understand that this is not a requirement but would have been nice to have a small amount for the dishes and maybe a wash or two. The information provided was nicely written but doesn't tell you when (or if) the swimming pool closes, provide a number for the shop downstairs or have a list of the food delivery service (would've been nice). This sounds bad but I must reiterate that I truly enjoyed the apartment and our 1 1/2 day stay. The apartment is lovely and the view is really amazing (just bad luck the fountain was under repairs).
